Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are heavy-duty industrial items, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth process for both parties.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your car lift or accessory must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (crated/palletized as delivered).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been partially or fully installed.

Custom-ordered or modified lifts.

Electrical components or hydraulic fluids that have been opened.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return freight costs.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the costs of inspection, repacking, and logistics.

Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Crucial: You must inspect your delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL) from the freight carrier.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or the lift, note it clearly on the BOL.

Contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged.

If an item is found to be defective after unboxing, we will provide replacement parts or a full exchange at no cost to you, provided it is reported within 7 days of delivery.
5. Refund Process

Initiation: Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our technicians will inspect it.

Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

Credit: If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee and original shipping) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
